Residents of Franklin County are urged to make use of the yard waste programs if provided by their respective communities. In addition the following yard waste collection/composting centers are available throughout the year for City of Columbus and Franklin County residents free of charge. With the exception of the City of Columbus Com-Til site, all locations listed are operated by private companies and questions should be directed toward the company listed. Commercial landscaping companies are required to pay a fee. (Residents may be asked to show drivers license or other proof of residency)
